DESIGNER'S NOTES
INNAI SAGO BEIGE mask is made using our collection of upcycled fabrics, repurposing the fabrics to reduce wastage and upholding a more conscious production. Our masks are non-medical and reusable. Made of two breathable layers, our mask features embroidered florals and polka dots crepe outer, soft liner satin inner layer that’s soft to the skin.

Designed to fit close to your face with an adjustable lightweight nose bridge for a contoured fit and elastic ear loops with adjustable stoppers that gives you all day comfort. Comes with a matching pouch for mask storage (or feel free to store other personal items).

As the masks are crafted from upcycled fabrics and each style is unique, the motif positioning may vary from what is seen online.

EXCHANGE OR RETURNS, SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Online Exchange & Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the item(s) being in original, unworn, unwashed, and resaleable condition.

Exchanges are allowed once per order and will be issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Please note that sale items, promotional purchases, discounted items, and accessories (including masks, headbands, and bags) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Upon receiving and approving your return request, store credit will be issued excluding original shipping and packaging fees.

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
