ONLINE EXCHANGE & RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the item(s) being in original, unworn, unwashed, and resaleable condition.

Exchanges are allowed once per order and will be issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

Please note that sale items, promotional purchases, discounted items, and accessories (including masks, headbands, and bags) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Upon receiving and approving your return request, store credit will be issued excluding original shipping and packaging fees.

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way will not be accepted.

During festive periods, courier partners may experience an overwhelming volume of deliveries, which can lead to delays. We kindly ask for your patience and recommend allowing additional time for order processing and delivery.

Please track your parcel using the tracking number provided. If you need any assistance, our team is happy to help.

In the unlikely event of a serious delay, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to keep you informed. While delivery timelines are subject to courier operations, we remain committed to doing everything possible to ensure your order reaches you promptly.

Orders are generally not cancellable due to courier-related delays.
