This piece is a pre-order and is manufactured in-house upon purchase. Therefore we would require 2-3 weeks lead time for production. Locally known for our premium finishing, our capsule’s quality is integral. All pre-order purchase is final and cannot be returned or exchanged as it is specially made-to-order. Online Exchange & Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the item(s) being in original, unworn, unwashed, and resaleable condition.
Exchanges are allowed once per order and will be issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
Please note that sale items, promotional purchases, discounted items, and accessories (including masks, headbands, and bags) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Upon receiving and approving your return request, store credit will be issued excluding original shipping and packaging fees.
Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
